احذف حسابك

تقدر تحذف حسابك في سلسول وكل بياناتك، وأسهل طريقة من داخل التطبيق نفسه.

من التطبيق

افتح سلسول واضغط صورتك في أعلى الشاشة.
اختر احذف حسابي.
أكّد الطلب.

إذا حذفت التطبيق

راسلنا على support@salsool.com من نفس الإيميل اللي مسجّل بحسابك، واكتب في العنوان "حذف حساب". نرد خلال ٧ أيام.

إذا كنت تلعب بدون تسجيل دخول، حسابك مربوط بجهازك بس — ما نقدر نتعرف عليه من غير الجهاز، وينحذف تلقائياً بعد 30 يوم من آخر استخدام.

وش ينحذف

اسمك وصورتك.
نقاطك وسجل جلساتك.
ارتباط حسابك بقوقل أو آبل.
الأجهزة المسجّلة على حسابك.

متى

نطلّعك من كل أجهزتك على طول، ونحذف بياناتك بعد 30 يوم. إذا دخلت من جديد قبل ذلك، يرجع حسابك زي ما هو.

بعض السجلات تبقى لمدة أطول إذا كان النظام أو القانون يطلبها — مثل سجلات الدفع، لأن المتجر هو اللي يحفظها مو إحنا.

Delete your account

You can delete your Salsool account and all associated data. The quickest way is from inside the app.

From the app

Open Salsool and tap your avatar at the top of the screen.
Choose احذف حسابي (Delete my account).
Confirm.

If you have uninstalled the app

Email support@salsool.com from the address registered to your account, with “Delete account” as the subject. We respond within 7 days.

Guest accounts are tied to a single device and hold no email, so they cannot be identified without that device. They are deleted automatically after 30 days of inactivity.

What is deleted

Your display name and avatar.
Your scores and game history.
Any linked Google or Apple identity.
Every device registered to the account.

When

You are signed out of every device immediately, and your data is erased after 30 days. Signing in again before then restores the account.

Some records are retained longer where required — purchase records, for example, are held by the app stores rather than by us.
