Refund Policy

Last updated: 26 August 2026

The rule is short: if you have not used what you bought, you get your money back. If you have used it, you do not — unless the fault was ours. Everything below is the detail.

Who sells to you

Salsool sells its subscriptions and passes through Paddle.com Market Ltd, which acts as the authorised reseller and merchant of record. Paddle takes the payment, issues the invoice, and is responsible for collecting and remitting any applicable sales tax or VAT.

Salsool is a trading name of Jum'a Alsafartee, a sole proprietor established in Jordan, and is not a separate legal entity. Refunds are processed through Paddle, but the decision is ours and follows what is written on this page. Write to us and we will handle the rest.

Session pass

A session pass unlocks every category for twenty-four hours, starting from the moment you buy it — or, when it came from a gift code, from the moment that code is activated.

If you have not used it: refundable in full within fourteen days of purchase. "Not used" means no room has been opened against the pass — not partially, not for a minute.

If you have used it: the pass is consumed from the first room you open with it, and we cannot refund it. It is a product that lasts one day, and an evening that has been played is not something that can be returned in the state it was sold.

Monthly and annual subscriptions

Cancel at any time. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not cut short anything you paid for.

First fourteen days: if you subscribed and have not opened a single room, the subscription is refundable in full within fourteen days.

After you have used it: we do not refund the current period once it has begun, but nothing renews after it. If a renewal was charged in error — you had cancelled and were billed anyway — write to us and we will refund it.

Gift codes

An unredeemed code is refundable within fourteen days. Once a code has been redeemed by anyone, it is treated like a consumed pass and is not refundable, because its value has moved to another person.

When the fault is ours

This is the one exception, and we apply it without argument. If you could not play because of a failure on our side — the service was down, the pass did not unlock, or you were charged twice — we refund you in full, even if you had used the pass, and even if the fourteen days have passed. Just tell us.

How to request a refund

Email support@salsool.com from the address you purchased with, and include the order number Paddle sent you. We do not require a reason — though if you tell us what went wrong, it helps us fix it.

We reply within two business days. If we approve the refund, the money returns to the original payment method and usually appears within five to ten business days. That last part is your bank's timing, not ours.

Purchases made in the app stores

If you bought through the Apple App Store or Google Play, that store is the seller and its own refund terms apply. Requests for those purchases must be made to Apple or Google directly — we cannot refund them on your behalf.

Your rights

Nothing in this policy removes any right given to you by the law of your country of residence. Where that law gives you a broader right to a refund than this page does, the law applies.

And if you think our decision on your request was unfair, reply and tell us why. We have nothing to gain from arguing over a small amount.
